That said, the cabs were generally clean and well maintained except for the one on the last day. The biggest issue was during the Baba Mandir and Tsongmo Lake visit. Even after asking us to leave early in the morning, the permits were not ready on time. It also felt like the driver did not properly consider the weather conditions while planning the trip. Another thing we felt was missing was proper tour planning or customization. The itinerary felt very standard and routine, without much effort to make the experience smoother or more curated. Overall, the trip was fine, but better coordination, more consistency in service quality, and attention to detail would have made the experience much better.

Hosts of Lama's Homestay at Bomdila(Shergaon) are not proactive. We have to say everything, like curry for roti's, we explicitely have to tell. For us they gave only rotis and told that we did not tell them about curry(side dish). Driver from Guwahati was overspeed at some places. He need to control the speed. In few places he was overtaking even if a vehicle was coming from opposite direction which was fearful moment. Still thankful for taking us back safely. From Tawang, to Bumla pass and Zemitang valley, we have to travel with our own cost and not included in the package. This information was provided by Triptovana. But they did not tell me how much cost it might be. It is really very costly. Total it costed us around Rs. 13,000/- extra. Request for Hotels to have cleanliness, driver to have moderate speed. And Triptovana should give the information of expected average cost amount which is not covered.
